Connecting with Community
Join a group that was created by Latinas, for Latinas. Where you're never on an island all alone. You can bring all of who you are and be welcomed, invested in and learn from others! Ask questions to the group and get support from Latinas in HR around the globe. We welcome our Allies in HR to join us in the journey!
1:1 Executive Coaching Session
Our members come from all levels of HR and what we hear most is that they've never invested in a coach for themselves! As members we invite you to experience a 1:1 session with our executive coaches (all of which have worked in HR) that's included in your membership! If you wish to continue, special pricing is offered to members.
Programs & Events
We host (4) quarterly events virtually that are recorded and a number of pop-up events throughout the country. As our membership grows, our events do too! Be invited to our local book launches, roundtables, happy hours, our mentorship circle and wellness retreat. Members are eligible to receive discounts and grants on our programming. Our events are also eligible for SHRM certification credits
